Gosia's goals for 2023 - more business related than Jerzy’s!

In our recent podcast episode with Gosia, we delved into the fascinating topic of her personal and professional goals for 2023. As the conversation unfolded, we discovered that Gosia had been absent from the previous podcast recording due to her daughter's illness. This led to an interesting discussion about the duties of a mother being different from those of a father, and how sick children often prefer to spend time with their mothers.

We then shifted gears to discuss our individual goals for the year. Gosia expressed her excitement about sharing her goals for the first time! The conversation touched upon the importance of not making drastic changes in certain aspects of life, such as cameras and applications, and instead focusing on settling down and utilizing what has already been found.

1

Gosia's first goal revolved around developing her Emobond company, which was previously called Helen and Ida. The company's products focus on creating an emotional bond, which is why the name change was deemed necessary. To achieve this goal, Gosia emphasized the importance of working consistently on marketing and overcoming her initial doubts about being an entrepreneur.

2

The second goal was to develop her consulting services in real estate and sustainability, capitalizing on her 20 years of experience in the field. Gosia aims to diversify her income by offering these services alongside her Emobond business.

3

The third goal related to our podcast, where Gosia expressed a desire to start inviting guests. Interestingly, this was also one of my goals, highlighting the similarities in our objectives.

4

Two more personal goals were discussed, the first being a family goal to visit one of the Scandinavian countries, such as Denmark or Sweden. Gosia was particularly interested in discovering whether Denmark truly is home to the happiest people, as often claimed.

5

The final personal goal was to become a better parent for our daughters. Gosia acknowledged the need to work on her attitude and become a more positive and confident role model. We both agreed that children tend to copy their parents' behaviors, so it's crucial to set a good example.

The podcast ended with a discussion on the importance of persistence and dedication in achieving one's goals. We emphasized the need to pause and regroup when faced with challenges, such as illness or personal setbacks, before continuing the pursuit of our objectives.

We invite you to share your thoughts and comments on Gosia's goals and our podcast discussion. Let's continue this engaging conversation and support each other in our journey towards personal and professional growth.
